Broadcasting and Political Equality, 1977

Publication Date: January 1, 1976

Morrisett commented on broadcast technology’s ability to promote political equality and support the rights of voters by creating greater access to candidate information. He wrote, “The historical development of presidential campaigns has now made broadcasting an essential means of reaching the voter.
