Research Consortium on Technology Policy and Good Jobs
The Markle Foundation’s Technology Policy Consortium aims to create policies and identify business models that enable developing technologies (artificial intelligence, automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, quantum computing, and others) to become engines to broaden economic participation.
How can emerging technologies such as 3D printing, artificial intelligence, and robotics be used for social good, benefiting all workers? What systems, and policies must be in place for these technologies to create good jobs, advance labor market equity, and ensure shared prosperity? What skills and competencies are needed to make sure that these technologies become engines of broad economic participation? These are some of the questions addressed by the “Research Consortium on Technology Policy and Good Jobs.”
If you have questions please contact Stefaan Verhulst, the Consortium Coordinator at Sverhulst@markle.org.
