This issue of The CIP Report features an article by the Markle Task Force on National Security in the Information Age in which they comment on the importance of mobilizing information to prevent terrorism. The article, “Meeting the Threat of Terrorism: Information Sharing and a Virtual Reorganization of Government to Improve National Security,” includes a number of suggestions for the virtual reorganization of government, which would improve the flow of information and enhance national security.
