John Moore is Founder and Managing Partner of healthcare IT analyst firm, Chilmark Research. He is currently leading research on understanding the concurrent roles and impact of consumer-driven health policies and consumer-centric technology on the healthcare market. Current research initiatives include an update to the seminal PHR report, first published in 2008 as well as a report on the rapidly evolving Health Information Exchange market and adoption trends for mHealth apps in healthcare institutions.
Prior to founding Chilmark Research, Moore led corporate worldwide industry and market intelligence for Dassault Systemes. He has held a number of other senior positions prior to Dassault, including directing all enterprise IT research activities for the analyst firm, ARC Advisory Group, Research Associate at MIT, and VP of Marketing for an analytical instrument company. He has made numerous presentations on current and future IT trends. He has also been interviewed by the AMA, CIO, eWeek, ComputerWorld, Healthcare IT News, InformationWeek, and WSJ among others.
