Michael Stokes was a Member of the former Work Group on Consumer Authentication Policies for Networked Personal Health Information and the former Work Group on Consumer Access Policies for Networked Personal Health Information. Stokes also contributed to the Connecting Consumers Common Framework publication released in 2008.
